This medium roast is 100% Arabica, single origin coffee and our most popular coffee by far!
It has flavour hints of stoned-fruit acidity at first that develops onto a malty bran flakes with a caramel sweetness to it. A very satisfying cup with a medium amount of body and a persistent long-lasting finish. Adding milk (sweetest when heated at 55-65 degrees) brings some toffee notes to the fore.
ROASTING NOTES
This is a medium roast, taken slightly into second crack then its complete. The resulting creamy texture complements excellently with rich dark desserts. Yum!
