How do I get the same coffee each time?

For your account online Its quite simple, just select the coffee beans you like, checkout and either opt in for save your details or not. Next time you come back your details will be remembered if you opted in.

What’s the cut off time for same day dispatch?

Order before 1pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch – all of our items are sent via Royal Mail so we’d expect your order to be with you within 1-2 working days.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I change it?

If you’ve forgotten your password go to our Login page and click the ‘Forgot your password?’ button and we’ll email you a link to reset your password!

Where is my order?

Your coffee will be sent to you via Royal Mail, which you can expect to receive within 1-2 working days*. If your coffee hasn’t shown up within a few working days, you can submit a request and we’ll confirm your mailing address with you. If your delivery details are correct, we’ll make sure a replacement is popped in the post as soon as possible.

Gift Card Information

Shopping for a coffee lover but not sure what to give them? Give the gift of choice with a Deans-Beans Gift Voucher. The Deans-Beans Gift Voucher will be emailed to you and you can either forward it to the gift recipient with your gift message or print it out and give it to them in person or by post. It can be redeemed in our small shop in Llandaff or online at deans-beans.co.uk with the code that will appear on the email.
